The Cafe will be open to all, Thursday to Satuday from 11am.
Non-ticket holders are welcome to enjoy Antonin’s delicious food and the free afternoon sessions and interviews with the GCF artists, until 7pm.
Bringing a French flair to the Cafe
Young Parisian chef Antonin has been holding his hugely successful pop-up restaurants all over Guernsey this summer. With a Michelin star trained background, and local ancestry, he was inspired to introduce a new culinary concept to the island.
We are very excited to have Antonin takeover The Café for the Global Collection Festival and serve his selection of small plates with vegetarian options, local meat and seafood.
Cafe opens – 11am
Lunch served 12noon – 2.30pm
Dinner Served 6pm -9.30pm
